contract or proposed to be good replacement. Contract may be canceled at the request of the customer. Lensa® is not responsible for delays caused by the fault of suppliers and transport companies.
16. All goods purchased from the online store WWW.LENSA.EU are brand new and covered by manufacturer's warranty.
17. Complaints
regarding the mechanical damage of the consignment, which arose during
transport will be considered only in the event of a worker in the

immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of cancellation.
19. Costs associated with delivery of the goods are covered by the customer.
20. The right to withdraw from the agreement concluded at a distance is not entitled to the consumer in the circumstances:
a. the lenses have been removed by the consumer of their original packaging
b. the benefits of the characteristics specified by the consumer in the
contract made by him or closely associated with his person,
c. the benefits, which by their nature can not be returned, or where the subject is rapidly deteriorated,
21. In the case of an unjustified complaint, any costs are paid by the customer.
22. All prices are in Euro and include VAT.
23. The price given for each commodity is binding at the time of customer orders.
24. Fitting lenses can only be made by the ophthalmologist. Shop WWW.LENSA.EU
or a shop assistant does not assume any liability for the property,
from a medical point of view, the type of lenses ordered.
25. Placing an order in our online shop WWW.LENSA.EU implies acceptance of the provisions of the Regulations.
26. In all other respects this document, the relevant provisions is the Civil Code.
